The sealing temperature of the ultra-low temperature diode glass shell is lower 40°C than other materials commonly used in the market.

Because the high sealing temperature destroy the electrical properties of the diode so the ultra-low temperature diode glass shell has little influence on the electrical properties of the leads and chips, the reduction of the sealing temperature can shorten the production time of the diode,  improving the production efficiency.

LZY Glass have multiple glass tube production lines high-precision glass tube laser cutting and automatic selection equipment ,can supply low temperature glass bulbs with,lead-containing glass tube material and lead-free glass tube material,can meet the needs of different customers for special glass.
