Product Advantages

1. High temperature resistance.
The softening point of Fused silica glass sheets is about 1630 ℃. It can be used at 1100 ℃ for a long time, and the maximum temperature can reach 1450 ℃ in a short time.
2. Good thermal stability
The coefficient of thermal expansion of fused quartz sheets is very small, and it can withstand drastic temperature changes. When the fused quartz discs is heated to about 1100 ℃, it will not burst into normal temperature water.
3. Good light transmittance
Fused quartz substrates has good transmittance in the whole spectral band from ultraviolet to infrared. The visible light transmittance is more than 93%, especially in the ultraviolet spectral region.
